Target audience who need a quiet retreat
The location was fantastic. right in the middle of everything, yet still felt calm. The breakfast was simple but just right, with a good espresso that surprised me. Great way to start the day, you know? I’ll say, the staff was super friendly, going out of their way to help with info on the area.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was reasonable given the circumstances.

Curiosity got me
The location is unbeatable, surrounded by the charm of Zurich, and the staff genuinely cared about my comfort. Breakfast was a delight! Still, with no air conditioning and occasional street noise, a blissful sleep was tough at times. Ideal for a whirlwind exploration but keep the earplugs handy.

Great location with good breakfast. no AC made the room too hot.

My stay at Roessli was quite pleasant. The room was stylish and clean, equipped with kettle, water, and hair dryer. The bathroom was larger compared to other hotels, which added to the comfort. I appreciated having an iPad available in the room for convenience, and the locally made toiletries were a nice touch.
The check-in process after hours was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel offered a perfect location in Old Town with charming rooms and a wonderful breakfast. However, noise from the street at night made sleep a bit challenging, and the rooms could benefit from better temperature control. Overall, a pleasant experience worth considering again.

I had a fantastic time staying here with friends! We loved the trendy vibe and great location. Don't miss out on visiting the Charles Tower and riding the Polybahn Funicular. Just a heads up, there's no AC, so opening the windows is a must on warm nights, but bring earplugs for quiet. Overall, a solid pick!
One downside was the reception staff. they weren't very friendly during check-in, which made for an awkward start. But aside from that, our experience was great.

definitely want to stay in that area again
Great central location in old town. Clean double or twin room with a comfy bed, a kitchenette, cable TV, and a decent bathroom setup. The hotel was a bit noisy on weekends, especially with the window open, but otherwise cozy. Free coffee and tea available anytime. Friendly staff shared tips for exploring the area.

The apartment on the top floor was stunning, featuring large, bright spaces and a terrace overlooking the old town, perfect for immersing in the local scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great recommendations for local dining. Breakfast was small but high-quality, with seasonal vegetables that I particularly enjoyed. On the downside, the front desk had limited hours, making it hard to get assistance, and the rooms were quite noisy due to outside diners, leading to some restlessness at night.

Charming atmosphere and warm service
Waking up to the aroma of fresh pastries from breakfast was delightful. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of the city.
Unfortunately, the room felt a bit cramped and lacked a mirror, making getting ready a challenge. A second pillow would have been nice, too.
